The Role
As a Rope Access Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading crews across maintenance, shutdown and project work while ensuring protected, productive and high-quality outcomes.
You'll work closely with clients and operational leaders to coordinate work, mentor technicians and maintain Breight's industry-leading standards.
About You
Previous experience supervising Rope Access teams in mining or heavy industry
Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
Section 26 Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
Demonstrated First Attack Firefighting competency (within 4 years)
Construction White Card
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid Australian working rights
Perth Point of Hire
Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and ongoing drug & alcohol testing

Section 26 Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
