An enterprise organisation undergoing a significant HR technology transformation is seeking a
SuccessFactors Time Management & Time Off Delivery Lead
to lead the design and delivery of critical workforce management initiatives.
With major programs planned through to September ****, this role will play a key part in a strategic Time & Attendance transformation involving SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Employee Central and payroll integration.
This is not a project coordination role. We are seeking an experienced delivery leader who understands HR operations, workforce management and SuccessFactors architecture, and who can guide teams toward solutions that deliver long-term business value.
The Opportunity
You will lead conversations across HR, Payroll and Technology teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable and sustainable solutions.
A major focus will be understanding the connections between Time Management, Employee Central and Payroll, ensuring decisions made today support future operational and transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of SuccessFactors Time Management and Time Off initiatives.
Drive the design and implementation of Time Tracking capabilities.
Partner with HR, Payroll and Technology stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Break requirements down into solution designs and actionable deliverables.
Support and guide functional consultants through build and deployment phases.




Assess upstream and downstream impacts across Employee Central and Payroll.
Identify process improvement opportunities and future-state operating models.
Facilitate solution workshops and challenge assumptions where required.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive adoption of best-practice processes.
Contribute to broader HR technology transformation initiatives.
About You
Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and/or Time Off.
Strong understanding of core HR processes and workforce management principles.
Experience delivering Time Tracking, Time & Attendance or Workforce Management programs.
Knowledge of integrations between Employee Central and Payroll.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
Experience leading functional teams through design and delivery activities.
Strong problem-solving, communication and facilitation capabilities.
Highly Regarded
Employee Central expertise.
Exposure to Payroll or Employee Central Payroll environments.
Experience working within large enterprise HR transformation programs.
Understanding of release management and ongoing operational support models.
