Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide culturally responsive ABA therapy to children at the Melville center. The role offers part time hours, Monday through Friday from 12–2pm, with potential for growth as the center expands.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA certification (or in process), and 1–2 years of experience with autism in clinic/center settings. Strong communication and independence are essential for success.
