About The Role
Working alongside our Chef and kitchen team, you'll help deliver delicious, nutritious meals and exceptional service that enhances our residents' quality of life.
No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, plating and serving meals and refreshments
Delivering meals to residents with warmth, care and a friendly smile
Assisting with menu implementation to meet residents' preferences
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and infection control
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining areas
Monitoring and recording food safety requirements, including temperatures and stock receipting
Working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure every resident enjoys a positive dining experience
Contributing to continuous improvement and quality food services
About You




You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great service, and understands the important role food plays in residents' wellbeing.
You'll Also Have
A Food Handling Certificate (or equivalent)
A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience in hospitality, catering or food services
Previous aged care experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
A commitment to safe food handling and high-quality customer service
Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
