About The Richmond Health Centre
Located at RAAF Base Richmond, the oldest Air Force base in NSW, 50km NW of Sydney and home to the C-130J Hercules medium transport aircraft. The facility provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health and pharmaceutical services to Defence members. The base also operates a 24-hour low dependency ward, closed over the weekend. Standard operating hours are generally ********* Mon-Thurs, half day ********* Friday.
What You'll Do




Deliver high quality primary healthcare, including health assessments and vaccinations or monitor and manage patients in a low dependency ward setting
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionals
Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care
What You Bring
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum one year Registered Nurse experience in acute care, primary health care or military setting
Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred care
Ability to work a 24/7 roster
This role is primarily Monday to Friday (day shift) within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
