About the Role
The Anchorage Marine Team is built on people who are purpose‐led, customer‐centric and passionate about all things automotive. Your primary purpose is to deliver high quality end to end claims management for a variety of vessel types from runabouts to high value yachts and cruisers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct customers,



insurance brokers and repairers throughout the claims process.
Handle claims on a variety of different hull classes and repair types.
Understand client needs and deliver prompt, tailored claims service.
Ensure claims management rules and guidelines are consistently upheld
Share your knowledge and enthusiasm as a genuine boating enthusiast
Collaborate with the team to enhance service, efficiency and processes
What You Bring
Previous Pleasurecraft or Marine claims experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
Proficiency in MS Office and Insurance Claims Platforms experience is highly advantageous
Robust organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
A drive to meet and exceed targets
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
A genuine passion for boats!
