The Position
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team in ANZ in a FT FIFO 8:6 capacity. This role can be based across Perth, Newcastle or Brisbane and will follow an 8:6 roster where you will be supporting mining customers across ANZ. Your working location can be interchangeable with client site within home state or interstate or head office.
As a Senior Consultant, you will provide expert guidance, support, and consultancy services for our FMS product suite, facilitating the seamless integration and utilisation of our technology solutions within their mining operations and delivering comprehensive support throughout the customer journey.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Analyse client businesses and develop recommendations using your expert knowledge of industry best practices and Hexagon products.
Deal with a diverse range of customer requirements and challenges,



customizing solutions to varied and complex needs.
Evalue system health, reporting and consult optimisation activities or opportunities.
Partner with Account Manager and Business Development on expansion opportunities through expanded services or products.
Your passion for operational and safety efficiency will see you partner cross‐functionally within Hexagon, as an integral link between our customer needs and Hexagon's solutions.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor, Dispatcher, Mine Controller, ROC Supervisor who is ready for the next step in their career, taking your career in mining production to a global leading technology provider in a role where your knowledge will be integral in supporting our customers future.
We also seek those with the following skills or attributes:
Background in Mining Production environment, particularly in FMS, Mine control with comprehensive knowledge of production IoT challenges.
Proven success in collaborating in a customer‐centric, solution‐focused engagement.
Ability to partner with customer on business improvement initiatives, from concept to execution.
Ability to deliver workshops/presentations for diverse stakeholder group.
Prior experience in a leadership or consultative workplace, desired but not essential.
Ability to engage and communicate verbally and written across a multi‐level customer base.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness desired, not essential.
Valid Australian working rights: Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
