As a Personal Lines Underwriter, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our broker partners through timely and informed underwriting decisions. This is an hybrid 12 month fixed term role based in Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do
Evaluating and underwriting personal insurance risks in line with product guidelines
Ensuring underwriting practices comply with national policies and protocols
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Delivering exceptional service across all customer touchpoints to foster trust and advocacy
What You'll Bring
Insurance and customer service experience in a phone based role is highly regarded
Strong stakeholder management relationship building skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Professionalism and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
