Job Overview
Probe Group is looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our Bundall Contact Centre on the Gold Coast.
The role involves supporting older Australians, their families, and carers in accessing My Aged Care services and packages, and ensuring every interaction makes a meaningful difference.
The position can be full‐time (38 hours per week) or part‐time (30 hours per week) and requires rotating shifts Monday to Friday 7:00am–10:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–4:00pm.

Previous customer service experience advantageous but not required.
Must‐Haves
Full work rights within Australia.
National Police clearance meeting satisfactory requirements.
Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday 7:00am–10:00pm; Saturday 9:00am–4:00pm.
Commitment to full‐time (38 hours) or part‐time (30 hours) work across five days.
