As we continue to grow our project portfolio, we're seeking an experienced
Cost Planning Manager
to lead cost control, forecasting and project performance reporting across major infrastructure and construction projects.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will lead all cost planning, forecasting, earned value management and performance reporting activities across complex projects and portfolios.
This opportunity is for a commercially astute qualified who enjoys influencing project outcomes, driving performance, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver successful project results.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in Cost Control, Cost Planning or Project Controls within major infrastructure, resources or construction projects.
Proven experience working on projects valued at $100M+.
End-to-end project lifecycle experience from tender through to delivery and close-out.
Strong knowledge of EPC, Design & Construct and other commercial contracting models.
Advanced capability in:
Cost forecasting and performance reporting
Earned Value Management (EVM)
Cost management systems such as Candy
SAP or equivalent ERP systems
Power BI and data analytics
You must be based in Australia and have relevant working rights to be considered for this position.
