My Guardian - Aged & Disability Care

New South Wales

My Guardian is a leading Aged and Disability Care service provider delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care. As we continue to grow rapidly, we remain committed to empowering individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
About the Opportunity
As our Partnerships & Events Manager, you will be the lead architect of our strategic alliances and sponsorships. You are the person who builds, negotiates, and safeguards the relationships that grow our referral network and brand authority.
Your core work is partnerships: sourcing high-value alliances, negotiating the agreements that underpin them, and holding both sides accountable to what was agreed. You will represent My Guardian inside highly reputable organisations such as peak bodies, allied health providers, government and community groups, and make sure every relationship delivers measurable value for both parties.
In this scale-up phase you will move seamlessly between high-level alliance strategy and hands‐on execution, using events, co‐branded campaigns, and vendor networks as the vehicles that bring those partnerships to life.
Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships (primary focus)
Source and secure high-value partnerships with peak bodies, allied health providers, referral partners, and community groups that broaden and strengthen our referral network.
Lead contract and agreement negotiation end to end, covering terms, deliverables, exclusivity, commercial arrangements, and success metrics, to land win‐win agreements that protect the brand and the budget.
Own the agreement lifecycle and ensure it is honoured. Track each partner's obligations and our own, monitor deliverables against what was signed, manage renewals and reviews, and resolve issues before they escalation.
Coordinate and represent the brand within highly reputable organisations and high‐stakes events. Act as the senior relationship point of contact,

presenting My Guardian professionally and credibly to partner leadership, and safeguarding our reputation in every interaction.
Build and steward an advocacy network of participants, families, and industry experts who authentically champion our services.
Lead collaborative campaigns, co‐branded initiatives, and educational webinars with sector partners to elevate brand authority and extend reach.
Source, negotiate with, and manage venues, suppliers, caterers, and production vendors, securing high‐quality services on cost‐effective terms.
Manage vendor agreements and hold suppliers to their commitments on quality, timelines, and budget.
Events as a Partnership Channel
Plan and execute our presence at major industry expos and conferences, using each as a platform to deepen existing partnerships and open new ones.
Design bespoke community events, workshops, and industry roundtables that convert relationships into engagement and qualified referrals.
Measure success by partnership and outcome rather than attendance numbers, tracking acquisition, referral growth, engagement
Who You Are
You are a relationship builder first. You excel at establishing strong partnerships, negotiating favourable terms, and structuring win‐win agreements with sector partners, venues, and suppliers.
You are diligent about follow‐through. You don't just close agreements, you make sure they are delivered, tracking obligations on both sides and holding partners accountable to what was agreed.
You represent a brand credibly at senior levels.

You are confident coordinating and presenting My Guardian within highly reputable, skilled organisations.
You thrive in fast‐paced growth phases and can build partnership, procurement, and event frameworks from scratch, without being afraid to get your hands dirty on execution.
You translate complex policy such as NDIS and Aged Care legislation into accessible, heart‐led messaging that resonates with families, participants, and partner organisations.
You back relationships with metrics and fiscal discipline, tracking conversion from referral sources and managing budgets to optimise cost‐per‐acquisition.
What We're Looking For
6 to 8+ years in Partnership Marketing, Alliance or Business Development, or Integrated Marketing, with proven hands‐on experience in contract negotiation, partner management, and vendor management (experience within Healthcare, NDIS, or Aged Care is highly regarded).
Strong contract negotiation skills and an established network of sector partners, healthcare influencers, and event vendors and suppliers.
Demonstrated ability to manage partnership agreements through their full lifecycle, from negotiation to delivery and renewal.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Check and/or Police Check.
Experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and event and vendor management platforms (e.g., Humanitix , Greenvelope).
What We Offer
Join a high‐growth organisation with national expansion plans
Be part of a hands‐on Executive Leadership Team
Lead and shape a critical function at scale
Work from our Sydney Olympic Park head office (on‐site, 5 days)
Access to on‐site gym membership, parking, and team events
A genuine opportunity to build, influence, and leave a legacy
Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
