This is a chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working in one of Australia's leading inflight catering businesses.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for some of the world's leading airlines
Learn commercial cookery techniques in a fast-paced production environment
Develop food preparation, presentation and kitchen management skills
Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards
Work as part of a supportive and diverse team while completing your apprenticeship through TAFE
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for cooking and the hospitality industry
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, punctuality and a robust work ethic
The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating rosters when required




Reliable transport to travel to work and TAFE
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
The ability to obtain a clear National Police Check
Certificate I or II in Hospitality (desirable but not essential)
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience (desirable but not essential)
