We are seeking a Kitroom Associate who has exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time, every time. In this role, precision is key – you'll ensure that surgical kits are complete, correctly packaged, and ready for time‐critical delivery to hospitals and clinics.
What You'll Be Doing
Order Processing: Accurately process incoming and outgoing customer orders, ensuring all documentation and system entries are completed in line with company standards.
Surgical Kit Management: Verify and confirm checklists for surgical kits, ensuring all items are present, complete, and in suitable condition for use.
Packaging: Prepare and pack kits and equipment using appropriate temperature‐controlled packaging materials to comply with healthcare regulations and product integrity.
Inventory Control:
Conduct routine and ad‐hoc cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and audit requirements; report any discrepancies or issues to the Kitroom Supervisor.
Health & Safety: Ensure all kitroom operations are carried out in a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, customer service, and clinical departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Experience & Skills You'll Bring To The Role
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or healthcare setting (preferably in a regulated environment).
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Comfortable working with temperature‐sensitive products and packaging requirements.
Ability to lift and move medical kits and equipment as required.
Strong organizational and time‐management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a team‐focused attitude.
Competency in using IT systems, data entry, inventory management systems, and basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
