Meldora Land Management is expanding its footprint in the Morago/Pretty Pine Area, just North of Deniliquin in the Riverina Region of Southern NSW and we're looking for an experienced Aggregation Manager to lead and help shape the future of the aggregation.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a growing cropping focused mixed farming enterprise spanning irrigated and dryland cropping, livestock and environmental plantings operations while playing a key role in building the systems, culture and performance foundations that will support long term success. As a foundational role, this role will lead a considerable transformation project in this region.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations across the aggregation, develop and execute seasonal and annual plans, build a high-performing team and drive strong production, financial and sustainability outcomes.

What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day operations of a large-scale broadacre cropping and stock enterprise to deliver robust outcomes.
Develop and implement seasonal and long-term operational plans aligned with Meldora's strategic goals.
Lead and contribute to development projects, managing resources, timelines,
and budgets to ensure successful delivery and support operational excellence.
Oversee the use, care, and maintenance of fixed and mobile assets including a modern fleet.
Lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, and high performance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience managing medium to large-scale cropping operations or cropping focussed mixed farming operations.
Strong knowledge of cropping, livestock and farm business management
Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams
Financial management, budgeting and planning capability
Robust communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence

About The Pretty Pine Aggregation
Bringing together a number of privately owned and operated farms into one aggregation with a strong a focus on optimising land use, leveraging scale as well as setting up for future growth. As part of this mandate, we will be able to work towards the further building out of farming opportunities in the region to expand and optimise as assets are acquired.
An important addition to this is supporting land transformation as we look to optimise efficient irrigation opportunities along with scale environmental plantings and livestock operations across this region.
