About the role
This vacancy is for a Forklift Driver to join our Operations in Karawatha on Brisbane's South Side.
This is a Full time, Permanent role, 2pm starts Monday to Friday.
Overtime will be offered on a need by need basis.
The successful applicant will be rostered on our PM Shift and be eligible for a Shift Allowance (17.5% Shift Allowance).
Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely
Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight
Picking and preparing runs for the following day
Palletizing freight for travel where required
Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner
Carrying out all duties within set time frames and following instructions closely
Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process
Ensuring compliance and safety is always adhered to
Must have a safety-first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
Restraining loads safely and using straps where required
What you'll bring
You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift License (Mandatory)
You will be able to work as part of a team
You will be able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
You will have a high attention towards Safety
