Attractive pay rates from $78 p/h + 12% Super (PAYG)
What You Will Be Doing
To lead HR projects with a key focus initially on attendance and performance management delivery
Assist roll out psychosocial risk assessment recommendations stemming from Gold Coast Electrical investigation.
Assist Manager (Workforce & Capability)



establish performance management training/coaching program in line with SPM survey
Trail leader drop-in sessions – opportunity for leads to chat to a HR team member to discuss current issues
Working with Capability to tie in performance modules with broader PM development to align with departments Action Plan
What We Are Looking For
Significant Senior (5+years) experience in Local Council or State government
Qualifications and/or Experience in ER/IR, case management, business partnering or projects.
CHANGE qualification or experience in relevant People Strategy projects
Proactive mindset and approach, with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
