About You
You'recurious,confidentand comfortable taking ownership. Whether at university, ina previousrole or through an extracurricular initiative, you may have led a project that required you to bring people together, manage multiplestakeholdersand drive an outcome.

You enjoy learning, asking questions and building relationships, andyou'renot afraid to step up and lead, even whenyou'redoing something for the first time.
What Your Days Look Like
Support the development and delivery of packaging solutions for new products, line extensions and packaging improvements
Lead packaging artwork updates and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
Partner with Marketing, Procurement, Operations,Engineeringand external suppliers to deliver projects successfully
Manage technical documentation, packagingspecificationsand project data




Contribute to packaging sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Participate in site trials and travel to manufacturing locations asrequired
The Ingredients For Success
Just like youcan'tmake a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
Hungry to learn, confident to ask questions and eager to take ownership
A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Materials Science, Engineering, IndustrialDesignor a related discipline
Robust communicationskills and confidence building relationships across different teams
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability and critical thinking capability
Ability to take ownership of projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Previousexperience in FMCG, packaging, manufacturing or product development is beneficial but not essential
