This is a hands-on, customer-facing role - ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a busy, positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve customers with warmth and professionalism
Assist with food preparation, coffee service, and light cooking tasks
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels across café and retail areas
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately




Support restocking, merchandising, and general shop upkeep
About You
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
A positive communicator who enjoys working in a team
Willing to learn and take direction
(Bonus!) Hospitality or retail experience is helpful, but not essential
