Uniting is hiring a Household Living Coach for our Goonellabah residential facility. This permanent part time role (4 days per week, Mon–Fri) focuses on coaching Homemakers to deliver resident-led care that aligns with individual goals and independence.
Through education, collaboration and mentoring, you'll promote best practices, Moments that Matter and Food First, while ensuring safety and quality standards across multidisciplinary teams.
