Projects range from $1M–$20M and span premium workplace, corporate and commercial environments across Melbourne.

The Role
Manage commercial D&C; fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
Monitor project budgets, programmes and procurement
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
About You
Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
Minimum 5 years' experience within commercial fit out for a D&C; builder
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach with excellent commercial awareness
