Council is seeking a Visitor Economy Coordinator offered on senior banding to assist the Economic Development Unit. Responsibilities
Take the lead driving growth in the visitor economy across the Glenelg Shire.
Coordinate the Shire's tourism and event activities, to ensure high quality, customer focused and productive service delivery.
An understanding of influences associated with tourism in regional areas.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is tertiary qualified in Event Management, Business, Economics, Tourism or a closely associated discipline with experience to assist in delivery of these matters.
