Maintenance Manager
to oversee the maintenance and repair of our equipment and facilities at our Osborne Park site.
About the Role
This is a
full-time salaried position
with long-term career potential. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our bakery equipment and infrastructure through preventative maintenance, hands‐on repairs, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs on bakery machinery and building infrastructure
Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program
Reduce third‐party contractor reliance by performing in‐house repairs
Ensure equipment and workspaces comply with Food Safety and WHS standards
Support and train staff in the secure use and cleaning of equipment
Submit monthly reports and participate in management meetings
Drive improvement in maintenance systems and practices
Collaborate with shift supervisors,



section leaders, and the Quality team
Promote a clean, safe, and compliant working setting

What You Bring
Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
Experience in machinery maintenance (preferably in food production or similar)
Hands‐on problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and maintenance schedules effectively
Understanding of WHS, GMP, and Food Safety standards
Positive team attitude and leadership mindset
