We're partnering with a fast-paced
manufacturing business
based in Regents Park to bring on an experienced
Compensation & Benefits Specialist
for an immediate-start 3-month contract.
If you love diving into reward structures, optimising benefits programs, and working closely with operations in a hands-on manufacturing setting, this one's for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing and benchmarking existing base pay, wage structures, and site-based allowances.
Managing end-to-end benefits administration (health, insurance, and local perks).
Analyzing market data to ensure our pay structures remain competitive.




Ensuring compliance with relevant modern awards, agreements, and labor standards.
Collaborating directly with HR leaders and site managers to solve reward challenges.
What We're Looking For:
Proven C&B; Experience:
Strong background in salary benchmarking, job grading, and benefits management.
Industry Experience:
Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is a huge plus.
Analytical Mindset:
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex HR/payroll data.
Onsite Presence:
Able to commit to working
100% onsite at the Regents Park location
for the duration of the contract.
