REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Media, or a related field
3+ years of experience in an Agency Digital Media role
Proven experience in managing a client portfolio & overseeing digital advertising campaign strategy & delivery
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Digital Media Manager, you will manage all elements of digital media including strategy, implementation, campaign building, optimising and reporting with the objective to drive optimal performance across paid digital media channels. You will be responsible for overseeing budget management, execution and driving innovation in conjunction with your team lead. Working closely with the Digital Client Service and Digital Content teams, you will help shape and refine digital media performance and strategy to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Ensure end-to-end digital media management,



optimal performance, platform tracking, delivery, and budget allocation is at a high standard.
Work alongside the Digital Client Service and Digital Content teams to enhance digital media performance and explore new opportunities.
Maintain a deep understanding of digital media trends, leveraging insights to refine strategy and knowledge development.
In relation to digital media work, maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring satisfaction with media strategies and outcomes.
BUDGET & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Review media spend and performance weekly, ensuring efficiency while maximising returns.
Proactively notify the Digital Client Service team of any budget adjustments and strategic recommendations to maintain and maximise performance.
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
Manage the setup, execution, and optimisation of digital media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Programmatic and other relevant media platforms.
Provide input on creative development, ensuring assets align with campaign goals.
Compile campaign elements into client-ready presentations and approval documents.
Conduct pre-launch quality checks, verifying alignment with campaign objectives.
CLIENT REPORTING:
Collaborate with the Digital Client Service and Digital Media teams to deliver in-depth performance reports.
Present monthly reports and strategic insights to internal teams and stakeholders (clients).
Support the team with high-level reports, presentations, audits, strategies and sales proposals as needed.
ADMINISTRATION:
Work towards individual KPIs and contribute to department and company KPIs including assisting with client profitability reporting and initiatives.
Ensure all billable and non-billable time is tracked.
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure accurate documentation and organisation of files in the company's system.
Assist in streamlining workflows and automation to improve efficiency.
