This is a core role on our Finance team, supporting Tixel across Australia, the UK, and the US.
You'll run the engine room, keeping our numbers accurate, timely and trusted.
You'll own the day-to-day financial operations and month-end close, prepare the reporting that leadership and the Board rely on, and keep us compliant across markets.

The Gig
Financial Operations & Close:
Own day-to-day financial operations and a clean, efficient month-end close across all our entities.
This spans payroll, partner reporting, and expense and cashflow management.
Board & Management Reporting:
Turn the numbers into accurate,



timely and insightful reporting that supports informed decision-making by leadership and the Board.
Process, Systems & AI:
Help build the way finance runs, putting AI and smarter tooling to work so the whole team moves faster.
Compliance:
Stay on top of statutory and tax compliance across our markets, keeping documentation and controls strong.
Planning & Budgeting:
Support the team's budgeting and reforecasting process; maintaining models, gathering inputs and keeping our financial outlook current as the business moves.
What You Bring
Degree qualification
in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
2–4+ years' accounting experience
, in professional services and/or industry
CA or CPA qualified
, or progressing toward it
Strong technical foundations:
understanding of accounting principles, month-end close, financial controls and reporting, and compliance requirements
Builder mindset:
experience with, or a strong interest in, using AI to optimise how finance processes run
Comfortable working cross-functionally,
bringing a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
Confident with finance systems and Excel/Sheets
, and quick to pick up new tools
Solid grasp of Australian compliance,
multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction exposure is a plus
Sharp attention to detail
