What You'll Be Doing
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Providing product advice and supporting customers with technical enquiries
Liaising with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery
Following up quotations and assisting with sales conversion opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers
Resolving customer concerns and providing outstanding service




Assisting with showroom enquiries when required
Maintaining accurate customer information within CRM and internal systems
What You'll Bring
Previous experience: customer service, internal sales, sales support, order processing or administration
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence building relationships with customers and stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and contribute
Highly Regarded
Experience using ERP or CRM systems (Pronto highly desirable)
Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, building products or trade environments
Experience supporting trade customers
Window furnishings or related industry experience
