About this role
Lead the customer‐facing delivery and fulfilment of activation programs, ensuring all Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives and commercial activities are completed on time, in full and to a high standard across customers and field teams. Operate as the execution engine for activation delivery, ensuring activation plans developed by Brand and Account Teams are effectively built, refined and deployed in line with customer and channel requirements. Own the development and ongoing management of a Trade Activation Blueprint, defining tiered activation models (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) based on customer footprint, priority and investment levels, enabling scalable and consistent execution across the business.



Drive disciplined execution through standardised toolkits and retailer rate card alignment, ensuring all activation delivers strong compliance, execution quality and return on investment (ROI).
