With the business having doubled in size over the past three years, the People & Culture team is investing heavily in strengthening and modernising its Organisational Development function.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, partner with senior stakeholders and help shape the future employee experience across the organisation.
The initial contract is for four months, however there is potential for extension as key OD initiatives continue to evolve.
Your current role Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of key people, learning and transformation initiatives across the business.
This role will act as the central coordinator across the OD function and will be responsible for:
Coordinating multiple Organisational Development projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Maintaining project plans, action logs, trackers, schedules and status updates.
Supporting large-scale change and transformation activities across the business.
Preparing reports, insights and executive-level summaries from survey and project data.
Coordinating learning, leadership and capability programs, including enrolments, communications and logistics.
Supporting employee engagement surveys, assessments, analysis and reporting activities.
Managing vendor relationships, onboarding suppliers and tracking project deliverables.
Supporting process redesign, continuous improvement initiatives and system-related enquiries.
Maintaining documentation, templates, knowledge repositories and governance records.
Building strong relationships with senior leaders,
People & Culture stakeholders and external partners.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of project coordination, stakeholder engagement and process improvement experience, along with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Previous experience in project coordination, HR, organisational development, learning & development or business support.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience supporting change initiatives, transformation programs or process improvement projects.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with senior leaders and external vendors.
Strong systems capability and confidence working with reporting, surveys and data.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to ask questions, challenge constructively and elevate issues when required.
A collaborative, service-oriented approach and a passion for creating efficiencies and improving processes.
Experience working with employee engagement platforms, HR systems or survey tools such as Culture Amp would be advantageous.
