About the Role
We'reseekingan ambitious and collaborative Project Manager to join our growing Melbourne Retail team.
Working alongside experienced project leaders,you'lltake ownership of retail construction projects from planning through to completion, leading project teams, managing consultants and contractors, and providing trusted advice to some of Australia's most recognised institutional property clients.
You'llplay a key role across both new retail developments and existing shopping centre upgrades, confidently managing projects within live operational environments while balancing stakeholder expectations, commercialoutcomesand project delivery.

About You
You'llbring 4–7 years' experience in client-side project management, ideally within the retail sector, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
You'llalso bring:
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management,



Architecture,Engineeringor a related discipline.
Proven experience delivering retail construction projects frominceptionthrough to completion.
Experience working with institutional investors or major shopping centre owners
Experience managing projects within live operational shopping centre environments, including tenancy coordination,refurbishmentand redevelopment projects.
Confidence chairing project meetings, managing complex stakeholder groups and presenting clear, concise project reporting to clients.
A strong understanding of design coordination, consultantmanagementand construction delivery.
The ability to build trusted client relationships whilemaintaininga collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
Experience working within a client‐side consultancy environment will be highly regarded.
