We're looking for friendly, energetic people to join our Dulux Stores network.
Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, or just love helping others, we'll give you all the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming and assisting trade and DIY customers with genuine care
Offering advice and product recommendations that make a difference
Mixing and tinting paint (we'll teach you—it's easier than it sounds!)
Handling transactions and keeping the store looking its best
This is aFull-time role of 38 hours per week, based at ourDulux Trade Centre Store in South Melbourne, VIC.
It is essential you are available to work Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.

What We're Looking for
You love working with people and making them feel welcome
Experience within Paints & Coatings is highly advantageous and desirable, however Trade and/or Construction retail experience will be highly regarded
You're a great communicator and a natural problem-solver
You're physically fit (you'll be lifting paint tins up to 25kg)
You're eager to learn and grow—we'll support you every step of the way
