I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of subdivision and bulk earthworks projects across the Toowoomba region.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise subdivision and bulk earthworks projects from start to finish
Lead site crews, subcontractors and plant operations
Coordinate daily works to achieve programme and productivity targets
Ensure WHS, QA and environmental compliance
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients
Drive quality outcomes and maintain project schedules
What We're Looking For
Proven experience supervising subdivision and civil construction projects
Robust leadership and communication skills
Experience delivering bulk earthworks, roads and underground services
Cert IV in Civil Construction or Construction (or equivalent)
White Card and current Driver's Licence
