We're partnering with a highly regarded organisation to recruit a
Senior Finance Officer
to join their collaborative finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality financial support.Working closely with senior finance leaders, you'll play a key role across both corporate and trust accounting, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across multiple entities.
Processing supplier invoices, payment runs and purchase orders.
Maintaining supplier records and processing credit applications.
Reconciling corporate credit cards and ensuring accurate financial coding.
Investigating and resolving account discrepancies.
Responding to finance-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting corporate and trust accounting functions.
Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiencies.
Assisting with maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.
About you
You'll be a proactive and organised finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and building strong relationships across the business.




You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in a Finance Officer or Senior Finance Officer position.
Full end-to-end Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Experience using accounting software such as
NetSuite
(highly regarded).
Exposure to property management systems such as
Yardi
or
MRI
will be advantageous.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (completed or in progress) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
