Job Description Reporting to the Mining Supervisor, the Open Cut Operator will provide safe and efficient operation of heavy earthmoving equipment to meet mine production and organisational targets.
About you:
Previous experience and competencies operating large mining equipment.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Developed understanding of risk management and safe work procedures.
Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
Previous experience in the industry.
Relevant qualifications.
Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the company values.
Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
