This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and manage end‐to‐end recruitment.
We are looking for someone with:
A strong understanding of the local retail environment
Proven recruitment experience (high volume end to end)
Experience preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
The ability to maintain and update employee data within our HRIS and Time & Attendance systems
Solid attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Ability to provide HR sound advice and guidance in accordance with the General Retail Award and (this is a bonus, not essential)
