Working on projects near Tully and Innisfail, you'll be part of a team delivering critical civil works including soil nailing, shotcreting, drainage and earthworks on projects valued at approximately $6.5M.
Your new role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, productive and quality delivery of works on site.
Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will lead crews and subcontractors, coordinate daily site activities, manage plant and equipment, monitor productivity, conduct pre-starts and toolbox talks, and ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements.
What you'll need to succeed




To be successful in this role, you'll have a strong background in civil construction and previous experience supervising site crews on infrastructure or earthworks projects.
Relevant operating tickets, solid leadership skills, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts will be highly regarded.
A team-first attitude is essential.
