Responsibilities
Lead day‐to‐day store operations and customer service
Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
Help drive store performance and implement promotions
Step up in the absence of the Store Manager
Qualifications & Experience
Retail or hospitality experience
Passion for leading and supporting teams
Solid communication and proactive mindset
Desire to take the next step into leadership
