Job Description
Role Purpose
The Dev/Tech (Principal) Lead owns the
end‐to‐endtechnical architecture and engineering standards
for business‐criticaldigital platforms.
This role is a
hands‐on technical leadership position
,not a people‐only lead, responsible for ensuring solutions are
secure,scalable, cloud‐native, and aligned with business objectives

Remainhands‐on where needed across backend, frontend, cloud, and CI/CD.
Cloud, DevOps & Automation
Architectand optimize
multi‐cloud solutions (AWS & Azure)

Defineand govern




CI/CD standards and reusable pipelines
in GitLab.
Mentorteams on
IaC best practices using Terraform
.
Establishrelease management governance.
Observability, Performance & Cost
Establish
observability frameworks
(logging, monitoring, alerting).
Monitorperformance, reliability, and availability using
cloud‐nativemonitoring services
.
Drive
cost optimization
, capacity monitoring, and performance tuning.
Automateoperational and service management tasks.
Quality, Testing & FrontendLeadership
Definetesting strategies across unit, integration, and E2E testing.
Ensuretesting is embedded in CI/CD.
Overseeadvanced frontend practices including
React optimization and ModuleFederation

Enforceaccessibility and quality standards.
Data & Platform Design
Definedata strategies:
Relationalvs NoSQL selection.
Shardingand partitioning for NoSQL where applicable.

HA/DR

Required Skills & Experience
Provenexperience as a
Technical Lead / Principal Engineer
in cloud‐nativeplatforms.

ReactJS
Terraform
StrongDevOps mindset with hands‐on CI/CD experience.
Abilityto mentor Senior and Junior engineers at a technical level.
Strongunderstanding of
service management, automation, and operations
