The Role
We are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our Newman team.
In this casual role working up to 50hrs Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
Raising and closing of work orders
Answering telephone, emails and responding to enquiries from internal and external sources
Ensuring all maintenance on equipment is up to date
Stocktakes of consumables and maintenance of all records & logs
Assisting with the coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries
General administration duties as required
What You will Need
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:
A current Australian Drivers Licence
Forklift ticket – desirable or willing to obtain
Previous experience in Administration roles is desirable
Enjoy working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment
Confident user of MS Office suite
Australian work rights
Ability to pass an ongoing drug & alcohol screens
