The Role:
As a Retail Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
You will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
This is a part-time or full-time leadership opportunity offering up to 38 hours per week.
In this leadership role, you'll have the prospect to:

– Lead and support our fantastic pharmacy team through ongoing training, mentorship, and encouragement.

– Ensure the store is prepared and visually aligned with promotional catalogues every three weeks.
