Senior Systems Engineer (MSP)

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our client's professional services team in Sydney, who are going through an exciting period of growth.
This role involves managing multiple in-flight projects, working alongside solutions architects and project leaders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment, with skills in M365, Intune, VMware or Hyper-V, and infrastructure deployment.

Responsibilities include:
Deliver multiple projects end-to-end from initial scoping and design through to deployment.




Create and maintain project documentation including design documents, implementation plans, and operational handover materials.
Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Project Leaders to develop and implement technical strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and improvements when needed.
Support pre-sales activities such as solution scoping, estimation, and client presentations where required.
Required Experience:
Experience delivering projects in a Managed services/Professional services environment.
Experience with pre-sales activities is highly desirable.
Skilled across Microsoft 365, VMware or Hyper-V, and infrastructure deployment.
Experience with modern workplace technologies such as Intune and Autopilot.
Solid documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Microsoft certifications are desirable such as AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-102.
Hands-on delivery experience is essential; this is not a project manager role.
