We need nurses who can step in, take ownership, and keep clinical care moving.
This is not a graduate role.
You will be on site, making decisions, coordinating care, and ensuring residents don't fall through the gaps.

What You'll Do
Work on site as a 3rd party in RACHs as the Access Aged Care nurse
Facilitate and coordinate residential care alongside the facility nurses in the home
Run GP and specialist rounds, in person and via telehealth

What You'll Bring
Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration with 2 years experience post graduation
Aged care experience or similar clinical background
Strong judgement and ability to prioritise under pressure
Clear, confident communication with multiple stakeholders
Comfort with technology and reliable with documentation
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
