Your Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll lead the Customer Service team while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operation.
Duties include:
Working in a fast paced environment, attending to high volume calls and processing orders
Leading, coaching and supporting a small Customer Service team
Managing customer enquiries, quotations and order processing




Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives (in-field) and responding to queries with urgency
Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
Resolving complex customer issues as required
Driving continuous improvement across customer service processes
Maintaining CRM accuracy and reporting
About You
Sound Customer Service Leadership experience
Manufacturing, Operations or Supply Chain environments
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing high-volume enquiries and orders
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Continuous improvement mindset
CRM and MS365 experience
Other Details
This is a full-time, on-site position and hours fall between 7-3 or 8-4 (staggered accordingly).
Remuneration is competitive with bonus available in addition to salary.
