This is a role with the opportunity to work close to home within a team that has a low staff turnover.
The Role
You will effectively manage your own portfolio and provide a 6 star service to your clients.
Your day to day duties will include:
Manage ***** buildings / **** lots in the Eastern Suburbs
Liaise with committee members
Prepare and conduct AGMs and ECM's
Ensure and enforce Legislative and By-Law compliance
Review financial documents and preparing budgets
The Candidate




Must have Strata experience - Can be minimal - Willing to train!
Own car and driver's license required
Strata Certificate needed
Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
Have a high attention to details and the ability to multi task
The ability to fit into an energetic team
