The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Learning and Talent, this role will assist with large-scale seasonal recruitment campaigns across the G'day Group's multi-site Hospitality portfolio.
This role requiring expertise, resilience, creativity and the ability to operate confidently within a complex, high-volume operational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
High-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns across multiple remote sites
Sourcing candidates for roles including Management, Chefs and key hospitality staff
Proactively building talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium and ATS databases
Attracting, screening, interviewing and reference-checking candidates
Supporting internal mobility initiatives
Contributing to recruitment activity for new remote Hospitality acquisitions
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About You
This role requires strong capability,



with proven experience managing high-volume, blue collar recruitment in a complex operational environment.

To be successful, you will bring:
2+ years within a recruitment agency or internal recruitment function
Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting quality candidates in competitive markets
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
A proactive, energetic and self-starting approach with a continuous improvement mindset
A strong work ethic, drive to succeed and commitment to delivering outstanding hiring outcomes
