About the Role As the Business Manager for our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you will lead high‐performing Employment Consultants across Epping, Baulkham Hills and Hornsby .
Your purpose is clear: drive performance, support your people, and deliver life‐changing employment outcomes for job seekers.
Key Responsibilities Team leadership — inspire, coach and guide Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets Contract compliance — ensure adherence to Inclusive Employment Australia requirements Stakeholder engagement — build strong relationships with employers, community groups and local partners Performance oversight — monitor site performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions Culture building — foster a positive, inclusive and high‐performing team workplace What Makes a Great Business Manager?
A successful Business Manager brings a strategic mindset , strong data interpretation skills , and the ability to build meaningful relationships within the local labour market.
You balance analytical thinking with a people‐focused approach, demonstrating resilience, sound judgement and advanced problem‐solving skills.
You lead with clarity, drive innovation and deliver impactful outcomes.
