Job Description Join us as a Senior Façade Consultant in our Melbourne Facades and Sustainability team!
You will be responsible for delivering high‐quality façade consulting services, including design, detailing, engineering, documentation, specification, project administration and construction site quality assurance oversight activities.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile and challenging projects across a diverse range of project sectors.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment with the opportunity to work with and lead more junior staff and receive mentoring from experienced colleagues.
You will also be responsible for: Delivering and overseeing façade design services, including concept development, detailed design, documentation, research and analysis, specifications and construction phase support Management of complex projects to ensure the efficient, profitable and high‐quality delivery, including technical strategy, resourcing, risk management, fee support and internal external coordination Financial management of projects via project budgeting, cost control, invoicing oversight, debtor follow‐up and review of financial performance Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities by supporting proposals, presentations as required Mentor junior engineers and consultants to foster a collaborative, safe,



supportive and high‐performing team culture Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering (Structural, civil) or Architectural discipline.
Demonstrated experience in façade consulting discipline Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex façade projects, including window wall, curtain wall, glazing, cladding and masonry systems Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting programme, budget and quality requirements Experience providing technical leadership on projects, including mentoring junior colleagues and reviewing technical outputs Proven understanding of façade performance requirements including structural behaviour, weatherproofing, durability, thermal performance, acoustics and constructability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A collaborative mindset and ambition to consistently achieve high standards of work for clients Motivated to grow professionally Additional Information We are open to considering this role on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.
