Job Description At TAL, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers by strengthening the way risk and compliance are managed across our Claims business.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to learn from incidents, uncover meaningful insights, and influence improvements that enhance customer experiences and business performance.

In This Role You Will: Provide Line 2 risk support with incident management, regulatory reporting, risk profile reviews, change initiatives, monitoring, issues and controls management.
Deliver trusted risk advice that enables informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Identify emerging risks, trends and insights to strengthen business performance and resilience.
Influence the resolution of incidents, issues and control gaps to reduce future risk exposure.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive practical risk solutions and better business outcomes.
Foster a proactive risk and compliance culture that supports accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Relevant qualification in risk management, compliance, business, law or a related discipline Experience in a risk, compliance or governance environment, ideally within financial services or insurance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and inform decision-making Sound understanding of risk management principles, controls and regulatory requirements Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to translate complex concepts into practical insights Cooperative and relationship-focused approach,
