About the Role As a Workforce Planner Rostering, you will be the frontline contact for clients and staff, ensuring shifts are filled efficiently and effectively.
You'll play a key role in supporting NNP s service delivery by creating well-coordinated rosters, responding to urgent client needs, and providing a positive experience for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for client roster and staffing requests.
Coordinate rosters for Community (Disability phone and written.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under time pressure.
A client-first mindset and passion for delivering great service.
Organised, solution-focused, and reliable in managing competing priorities.
Tech-savvy, comfortable using scheduling systems, emails, and SharePoint.
Ability to remain calm and proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
