Job Description Minor Hotels is seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Culture team based in our Brisbane CBD Support Office.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent across our diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts throughout Australasia.
Partnering closely with hiring managers, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while providing expert recruitment advice and market insights.
Key Responsibilities Include: Provide strategic recruitment advice tailored to role and organisational needs.
Develop job advertisements and talent attraction strategies aligned with Minor Hotels' brand.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from shortlisting to offer negotiations, ensuring efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.
Advise on salary, conditions, and market trends, aligning with industry and company standards.
Conduct reference checks and assessments to select candidates aligned with Minor Hotels' culture and needs.
Collaborate with the People and Culture team and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies using market insights.
Optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy, compliance, and real-time reporting.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
