Job Description Grano is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with the Grano's menu and quality standards.
Ensure food is prepared fresh, safely, and consistently for customers.
Assist with menu planning, specials, and seasonal food offerings.
Maintain high standards of food presentation, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Ensure all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations are followed.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation.
Assist with managing food costs, wastage, and kitchen productivity.
Requirements Previous experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, pub,



or similar hospitality environment.
Experience in an Italian Restaurant is hlighly desirable.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
Relevant commercial cookery qualification is preferred.
Must be reliable, hardworking, and passionate about delivering quality food.
